Kelley Wolf Griffith is an accomplished Executive Producer, Director and Filmmaker with more than two decades of experience creating compelling unscripted & scripted content across television, film, and digital platforms. Her work has taken her around the world, producing and directing documentary series for major networks, helping build ITV/Think Factory Media’s unscripted casting and development department from the ground up, and executive producing branded content for leading companies including Chevy, Ford, Shell, and YETI for CarbonTV.
Kelley began her career at MTV Networks in New York City, where she quickly rose through multiple divisions including mtvU, MTV2, and MTV News & Docs. As a field producer for MTV’s Emmy Award-winning documentary series True Life, she traveled extensively, honing the instinctive storytelling skills that would become the foundation of her career.
Her path eventually led to Los Angeles, where she spent a decade producing television across some of the industry’s most recognized networks, including MTV, E!, NBC, Bravo, Lifetime, TLC, and FOX. During her time in Los Angeles, Kelley worked on the first season of Bravo’s hit reality series Vanderpump Rules, adding to her diverse experience in high-profile unscripted television.
Kelley later relocated to Michigan, where she became VP of Production at CarbonTV, a leading outdoor streaming network. There, she developed and executive produced more than twenty original series, including the two-time Telly Award-winning American Elements, along with multiple successful branded series in the outdoor and rural lifestyle space.
After years of producing high-quality content for networks and brands, Kelley launched Wolf Vision Productions, bringing together her creative vision, production expertise, and expansive industry network spanning Los Angeles, New York, and the Midwest. Through Wolf Vision Productions, she develops and produces documentaries, digital docu-series, video podcasts, films, television series, and short-form social content—including TikTok storytelling—that spotlight compelling human stories and untapped subcultures.
Kelley’s passion for documentary storytelling has earned recognition on the film festival circuit, including a Best Director award from the Alternative Film Festival.
